Taiwanese Railway Bentos like the Shinkansen Bentos are iconic of their countries of origin and my experience with the former was pretty delicious when I was in Taiwan. It is usually packed with people and thankfully was not the case when I went.

The bento sets had the same bases and ingredients, loved the sour vegetables and pork belly cubes on top the rice. The beancurd and egg were a tad dry though.
